Z77 is probably the best gaming platform at the current moment. I'd rather go for the Z77, but be careful with the Asrock one. Its cheaper because the screws are non standard ATX, and the board is thinner, making it prone to bending. I'd recommend going for a Z77, but maybe paying like $20 more for an Asus one.
