[Solved] Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected

have an acer laptop the screen is black with alot of writing on it.Its asking for me to insert a boot cd? Where can I get one from and will this solve my probllem.I think its crashed however i get beeps when i press on the f2, f11 or f12 key.
