Here are my specs

AMD 965 BE
8GB GSkill Ram
XFX 5850
Auzentech sound card
MSI 870A mobo
OCZ 500w MSX Pro PSU
2 500GB Seagate HDs

When I play SWTOR, the game occasionally freezes up. After a few seconds (from the freeze), the screen turns any random color. It happens on all display settings. Alt tab, ctrl alt del doesn't work either, it requires a reboot. It also did the same for WoW. My temps at idle are like 30c. I've uninstalled the drivers, ran CC and a driver cleaner then installed the newest driver. I've wasted a full can of duster hitting every possible spot inside the case. Disabled all non essential programs while gaming, switched surge protectors, ran memtest, and checked the HDD for errors. I'm OK on all fronts. I don't have other PC's to check my parts on.

Should I go ahead and get new 650w PSU? Corsair is on sale at NE. Or is there a chance it's my 5850? BTW not OC'd.

It could be the PSU; under-powered or failing under load.

I generally like to see a good quality Corsair, Seasonic, Antec, PSU 650 watts or higher, even though some will say that 500 watts will suffice. OCZ is a good brand, but even in good brands, failures will occur.

Go for a Corsair 650 watts PSU.

Graphics card would be my suspicion.

If you can temporarily borrow a graphics card, from a friend, that works within the power supply's capacity for troubleshooting purposes, you should be able to determine whether or not it's the graphics card.

The OCZ ModXStream Pro Series 500W (OCZ500MXSP), with its combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 36 Amps is more than sufficient to power your system with a single Radeon HD 5850.
