After installing SSD in SATA 6Gb/s port (gray port).& enabling AHCI in bios ,it still show SATA II 3.0 GB in system properties
Please giude me ow it can be used as 6.0Gbfor fast performance.

Assuming you are using the Intel Z68 (gray) SATA3 ports then both interfaces are running in SATA3 (6Gb/s).

The 'best' verification is to bench the SSD, anything >300MB/s is indeed SATA3 (6Gb/s).

I recommend ATTO, most SSD's max R/W's are from ATTO testing; link - http://www.attotech.com/products/product.php?sku=Disk_Benchmark

There are apps that detect 'interface' but both interfaces must be listed as (e.g. SATA III), the obvious and reassuring verification is surpassing 300MB/s (SATAII limits).
