Compatible RAM with GA-Z77MX-D3H Motherboard

help me selecting 4 GB RAM for Gigabyte GA-Z77MX-D3H Motherboard .
The list of supported RAM they have provided is very small ,
and what is the RAM i have selected is not in their list ,
The Most Corsair ram they have listed are out of date ,

my requirement is 4GB .
1600 or 1333 MHz

i will use it with the combination of third gen core i5 ivy bridged 3450 processor

If you plan on gaming then my advice is 2x4GB (8GB) and with an Ivy Bridge CPU DDR3-1600 CAS 8 or 9 RAM. Note: >4GB or RAM requires a 64-bit OS.
