Activate Dual Monitor

I have Dell Optiplex GX 780 and it has dual monitor on board. I want to know how can i activate those two monitors? and what should i need more than Y VGA cable?

wow im not really sure.......with my comp all i had to do once both monitors were plugged in i went under the control panel-display options,,,selected the extend desktop option and then apply....not sure if it will be that simple for you as ive never seen a y-vga cable.....

I want to make my Dell Optiplex kinda Bloomberg Display...what should i do? I have tried plugged in my both display monitor using vga dual monitor cable (Y VGA Cable) and set the display from display setting, but it didn't work. The dispay setting just recognized single monitor plugged in.
