Motherboard question

If I get a PCI-e 3.0 SLI board (16x/16x), use an Ivy bridge processor, then use two PCI-e 2.0 cards, will the motherboard run them with PCIE-2.0 @ 16x/16x?

I do not know of any LGA 1155 boards that'll run two 16x PCIe's at 16x, for that you would be looking at an LGA 2011 board - and yes it will (or it's suppose to anyway)
