Looking for a good Motherboard?

I'm looking for a good motherboard for my new computer build. I want atleast 2 PCI x16 slots. 1 3.0 and 1 2.0 would be nice. If you can find a board that fits an i5-2320 LGA 1155, has 4 memory slots up to 32gb, HDMI, UEFI BIOS, under 90$, sata 6, USB 3, Micro ATX or ATX. I wont be overclocking. I want one where i could have up to 2 moniters. I dont care if there is or is not SLI or Crossfirex.

UPDATE**: I would also like if it would be able to fit into the Cooler Master Elite 311 it my first build so i want to double check it fits

better quality Affordable, has PCI 3 support, can hold up to 32gb of ram.
