Get a Radeon HD 6670 or 5670 if you don't want to upgrade the power supply.

Note how monitor resolution effects your choice of cards. As you'd guess 1920x1200 needs a better card than 1024x768.

You are not going to be happy with a 6670 at 1920x1200 or 1920x1080, but is should be fine at lower resolutions.
