Best Sub-$300 Video Card?

What's the best video card I could buy for sub-$300? It can use rebates and stuff, just so long as it comes down to $300 or less eventually (after mail-in-rebates, coupons, etc.). Here's the rest of my build:

HD 6970 or GTX 570. Price is usually around $320 for those so if you find a good deal or a decent rebate you should get one under $300.
