Compability and questions!

Ok so earlier i posted threads about compatibility but got mixed answers so i decided to wait and give it another shot. So i jsut need to know what stuff will better.
Also i noticed the optical drive and hdd are oem will the psu or motherboard come with cables for them?

Just a warning, the Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus series power supply models should be absolutely avoided.

Grab the Core 3 2120, because you cannot overclock the core i3's, so you want to highest clocked one. As for the board, get the z68. Silverstone PSU will be best there, and the Rosewill case. Everything looks good! Have fun!
