I am going to buy this fan kit for my MSI HD 6950 but want to know when its mounted to the card can I change the fan speed with the Catalyst Control Center or is it preset?

Stock fan is going out..keeps reving up and down with a preset speed

If the FANs' power PINs connects to the header in the video card PCB, then yes, it can be controlled in the same way the stock fan is. But as I can see in the picture a Cable Fan 7/12V to 4PIN adaptor, it looks like the Fans will connects directly to the PSU's. In this case, you can not control it except by a extra FAN controller.
