A friend of mine, wants to build a new gaming PC.. I told him to get an i5-2400 (same as mine) but unfortunately his budget is lacking.. Im wondering what's the best processor i could suggest to him that fits his budget - 150$
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..
Also, i'd like to ask if an Intel i3-2100 (my younger brother's PC) would bottleneck an HD 6870?

Unfortunately it's difficult to find an i5-2300 here in our place, (General Santos City, Philippines), the only processors readily available here at Athlons, Phenoms, i3-2100, and i5-2400..
