Hi,
For anyone trying to get access to the widcomm stack 1.4 I think if you are
the proud owner of a PDA like hp 2200 it is possible. My question is how do
you copy the 7 files:
btcestack.dll,btCeprofiles.dll,BtchooserLib.dll,BtCeSendTo_Poom.dll
BTCeIf.dll,BtCeOsif.dll,Btrez.dll to your hard disk. They are stored on the
ROM of the PDA. I was told it was possible via ActiveSync but don't know
how.
Any help pretty much appreciated.

The files below marked with an X are XIP and cannot be
copied except by grabbing the ROM image itself (fixups
are alreay done -- they are, in effect, already loaded
code and are not really in the file system at all). The
files without an X you could copy as a regular file.
Examples of both are shown at the end.

ce.exe is a proprietary, super-duper thing. You could use
any file copy program, including ActiveSync. Google the
'net for details about that (mundane) task, or check the
docs that comes with AS.
