There's no different... When you restart it, It shutdown the HDD or computer and turn back on without turning power off... When you shutdown the system until tomorrow will make no different from reboot now... If you install a software that requires software, it just need you to turn the "HDD off and on" for the affect to changes for uses...

I think it's kind of symantics. Reboot typically means you had it on then shut it down and immediately restarted the machine where as "boot" refers to any time your powering up a system.

I understand by rebooting is reinitializing the system without turning off the system. And by boot after shutdown is turning off all the system before restarting.

I believe the main difference is that by shutdown, and waiting some time (1 minute maybe) all the info in ram memory is lost due to lack of power.

Cleaning the ram memory could be crucial to prevent any system strange behavior, (this was most common in Windows 95 time)
After a system bug, many times the system would boot with some error. The way to fix it was to shutdown the system, and wait. Motive: the problem was some coded error in the ram memory.
Today I never heard again about such strange behavior. But for the sake of old times I shutdown my system sometimes just to clean the ram

When I boot my computer by using power botton,it can't detect the camera in windows, but if I press the area near the camera, the device manager can detect it. I make the computer shutdown (S5),then boot it again by power botton ,In the windows the camera also can't be detected unless i do the same action.but if i restart(reboot) the computer ,when come back to windows the camera can be detected.why?

When you restart the power is still on, when you shutdown, the power is off... So in your case, the camera lost power so it cant be detected until you manually do it... Think of it as a river(signal), When you block the water(power off), nothing is going through until you move it, Which signal to camera is dead until manually check it or when you move the block or what ever is blocking the river...
