Matching mother board to cpu

I have purchased a motherboard, but need to make sure I get a cpu that is compatible. How do I determine this?

What is your motherboard model? Supported cpu will be shown in mobo box.

Any CPU compatible the Intel H67 chipset will work with your motherboard.
So, Specifically, you are looking at core i3, core i5, and core i7 second generation (Sandy Bridge) processors that are compatible with this MB.

It supports any Intel 2nd and 3rd generation i3/i5/i7 processors in LGA1155 package including Pentium and Celeron processor in LGA1155 package.
