You can try Ebay under the computer section. You might be able to find someone selling one for a good price.

You're going to run into a few obstacles trying to upgrade an outdated mobo.
1. finding a working bios which will support the cpu upgrade = you can't upgrade a cpu without doing this first.
2. I doubt you can use anything above a 95w TDP cpu.
What i would do is find a modern mobo which supports your current cpu and go from there.

So if i were to buy a AMD Phenom II X4 940 with an AM2+ socket would i not be able to install into my motherboard?

Chances are the bios is going to be an issue so a cheap Phenom 1 x3 or x4 if you can find them. Don't bother with 140w editions as they run far to hot and might kill the board. 95w samples are your best bet but if you can find an E edition that is 65w go for it. Sure they are not very fast but they run very cool. I got a 8250e in one of my older boards and it also proved to be a decent overclocker. A 9150e if you can manage to track one down will improve overall performance while being a safe bet is worth it.

Nope it's 125W TDP which is too much for your board (95W TDP MAX).
Some OEM versions of AMD cpu's are 95W.
And yes you'll be restricted to AM2+ only.
Some research is required on your part, Google is your friend.
Your board is an Asus (Pegatron M2N68-LA Narra 5)
Your biggest problem is finding a bios update imo.
You could try this.

You are not restricted to AM2+ only you can use
Processor upgrade information
Motherboard supports the following processor upgrades:
Socket type: AM3
TDP: 95 watt
AMD Phenom II X4 9xx/9xxe/8xx Quad-Core (Deneb)
AMD Phenom II X3 7xx/7xxe Triple-Core (Heka)
AMD Phenom II X2 5xx (Callisto)
AMD II Athlon X4 6xx/6xxe (Propus)
AMD II Athlon X3 4xx/4xxe (Rana)
AMD II Athlon X2 2xx/2xxe (Regor)
AMD Sempron 1xx (Sargas)
from https://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=uk&dlc=...
so any AM3 CPU 95W or under except the 960T which could be a maybe
