Rosewill BLACKHAWK behind mobo fan

I'm looking to get the Rosewill BLACKHAWK in an upcoming build. My question is about the fan spot behind the motherboard.

Does a fan in that spot make much of a difference? I know it needs a slim fan to fit back there but is it worth it or more of a gimmick?

With a good quiet 120mm on the rear and the cpu heatsink fan blowing towards it no.

Having the other fan would help get a bit of extra hot air out of the case and away from the power circuitry that normally hangs around the back and top of the cpu socket.
