Hi,

I've just bought a HAF X case but it doesn't come with all fans supplied. These are the missing ones I need to cool my 2 x GTX 480's:

VGA Fan Duct: 120 x 25 mm or 120 x 38 mm fan x 1 (optional) - what's the difference here? Which type is better?
VGA Holder: 80 x 15 mm fan x 1 (optional) - does it matter what brand I order?

I know fans are cheap and probably much the same but I was wondering if someone can recommend something quiet.

Thanks.

i like sharkoon silent eagle fans--come in 80mm and 120mm

though as a rule of thumb quieter may mean its moving less air

those are what i used in my haf x in the locations you mention

What temps are you getting in your SLI?

I'm in the middle of ordering everything in saint19, so I just want to be ready with some fan action when all the parts arrive. I've paid for everything except the extra fans, RAM and optical drive. I've forked out for some niiiiiiiiiice stuff.

I suppose with all the fans and the two 480's I need to compromise between air flow & quiet, as mcnumpty23 says.

More fans not always means better temps, I think that only with the side fan for the SLI is enough for lower your temps.
