What direction to mount the 80mm fan from the CM 690II case?

Am I supposed to have the 80mm fan on the back side panel blow cool air into the case/onto the back of the CPU/MOBO, or blow warm air out?

I'm not sure what happened, but my previous thread didn't post....

back fans should extract air out of the case as should top fans. front fans, side fans and bottom fans should all be induction fans (suck air into the case).

as for the tread not posting. toms is having some issues tonight. a few times i have replied to see the post hasnt been added...
