First Build Help!!!

Hello,
I am looking at building a pc with a budget of around £550.
Could anyone help choose parts for me as I am not sure what parts I should get. I would like to include the 2500k Processor, Possibly one of the Asus Z68 Mobo's and I want 8gb of Ram. If anyone could help me then thank you very much!!

Ok well can I ask what the primary use of the machine is for?

Also, do I need to include Monitor, Mouse and Keyboard? Or just the Machine?
