I have a dell 545st with Intel core2duo with 6gb ram. I am trying to add a graphics card to make it a dual screen. I bought ati radeon 5450 1gb card but the video performance is poor such as yahoo video chat, Skype chat etc.
I updated all the drivers from ati to directx to motherboard drivers but no improvement.
I thouhgt the ati card was in question but i tested it on a different computer with windows xp - it works normal and fine.
I tried nvidia bfg 8500 gt on the Intel core2duo to test the performance - but still no satisfactory results.
I am not sure what I maybe doing incorrectly. Can anyone help?
