Montitor wakes, checks inputs, says no signal, goes back to sleep.

So I put some new parts into my system, and now I cannot get a graphics input.

System Specs

New
1tb HDD
16gb Ram 1600 (4x4gb)

Old
Asus 790x EVO mobo
2 5750 Radeon cards
Amd Phenom II 2 core 3.2 ghz (unlocked to 4 core)
650 GB HDD

Like the title says when I press the power button the monitor wakes up, searches its inputs, says no signal, then goes back to sleep. It repeats that cycle over and over. I've tried starting it with 1 stick of Ram, I've swapped the cards. I tried plugging the HDD's into all the Sata ports. No change with the grahics issue. No Bios no nothing. As of right now I dont have a system speaker, but I will pick one up tomorrow. Any ideas on what might be ailing my PC

Try start it with the old ram?

I had to reset my CMOS, and now it works, thanks anyways for the adviece.
