CPU + COOLER : Intel Quad Core I5 2500K Quad Core 3.3GHZ 1155 6MB + Scythe Mugen 2 + OC TO 4.0+GHZ

MOTHERBOARD : Gigabyte GA-P67X-UD3-B3

CASE + POWER : Raidmax Iceberg + Seasonic SS-750AT 750W

RAM : Corsair 4GB Single Stick Values Select Retail DDR3-1333 (2)

HDD : Samsung 500GB Sata II 16MB SpinPoint F3

VIDEO CARD : Gigabyte GTX560 Ti 1GB GDDR5 - Overclocked (2 SLI)

If you are only going to get 4GB of ram, I recommend a 2x2GB kit so you will have dual channel access to the ram. If you are going to get 2 sticks of ram, then I recommend getting a 2x4GB kit of matched ram rather than getting single sticks. You will have fewer problems with the matched kit.

from what perspective do you want these grades? gaming, everyday use, video editing, etc.

also, a scale rating of 1-10 needs a group of other computers to compare with. give a price range or another scale we can use.

If we give a 1, you'll either be pissed or think you done something wrong. Give you a 10 and you'll be happy and think that setup is the best while others have better setups then what you got there.
Out of 1-10, I give it a 7
Could have use Z68 board, like this or this a Samsung SP F3 1TB, and grab better rams

Around 7-8.

Possible improvements?

1. Z68 motherboard.
2. Case and PSU deactivated on Newegg. Possibly outdated? (not sure on this one. just wondering)
3. Get a proper 8GB performance RAM kit than 2 value modules.
4. 1TB drive costs just $10 more

why 1 stock of 8GB will be better then 2 of 4GB?
i will buy a 1TB

Current build about a 5-6, after these improvements about a 7, overclock that i5-2500k to about 4.5GHz and ill give you an 8 or a 9 (10 would be adding an SSD too).

Providing you have some good cooling, which with the Mugen 2, it seems you do :) Your motherboard should be fine.

so the final pc is :

cpu : i5 2500k to 4.5ghz
cooler: mugen 2
case : somthing better then radimax i will find one
psu : 750W
HDD: i know i should get ssd but it a lot of money so i will take 500gb hdd
graphic card : gtx560 ti overclocked (2 stocks SLI) wich will be like 1 stock of gtx590
MOTHERBOARD : Gigabyte GA-P67X-UD3-B3
RAM : YOU DONT ANSWER ME WHAT DIFFRENCE BETWEEN 2 STOCKS OF 4GB THEN 1 STOCK OF 8GB ITS NOT THE SAME THING ? (1333)

THIS BUILD IS 9/10 OR 10/10 ?? (GAMING PERFORMENCE)

1TB is probably a better buy. The price difference between 1TB and 500GB is very minor.

Take a look at:
7200RPM 1TB Western Digital Caviar Black
7200RPM 1TB Samsung SpinPoint F3
7200RPM 1TB SeaGate Barracuda

RAM, take a look at:
1600MHz 8GB (2x4GB sticks) or 4GB (2x2GB sticks) CL9 1.5v.
Corsair and G.Skill are both popular choices.

9/10 based on budget, yes. Adding a 60GB SSD as a boot drive would push it up to 10/10 for a good, well rounded, mid-range build.

But obviously there are much much better builds when your budget increases.

What PSU are you looking at by the way? Its fine saying 750w...but what brand? Don't buy any old junk.

Get a 2 stick, 8 GB kit(2x4GB). This will let the ram run in dual channel mode as opposed to single channel, for better performance. get the kit as the modules will be factory -matched for compatibility.
