Worth Upgrading from i7 950 to i7 2600k?

Additional Info: I have a pretty beastly Mobo and I probably couldn't afford to shell out the additional cash for a Mobo of the same quality if I went i7 2600k.

I have a similar setup with the i7-920 and the EVGA X58 Classified motherboard. I cannot justify going to the i7-2600K even though I would love to do so.

Thank you! I feel the same way as you do. I am satisfied with overclocking the i7-920 to 3.82 GHz; very stable.
