Screen says "no signal detected"

Hello,

I recently got a 7870 and my pc is also new. The new graphics card worked fine (although i had weirdly low FPS but that i think was an issue with the drivers) until i dropped the other end of my pc from 10 to 5 cm high. I have tried onboard graphics -nothing i have tried taking the mobo battery off and back -nothing i have tried taking ram of and on -nothing. Shouldi take my CPU out and put it back in or what? Or is my cpu/gpu(doubt it)/mobo broken?
