Looking for new LCD 32 - 40 inch for PC

I am looking for a new large screen to use as both my TV and my PC monitor. I play World of warcrack on it, also watch a lot of Movies. I had a 37 inch Vizo but returned it because i was told the refresh rate of 60 was to low and while attempting to play WOW it got very chopped and hazzy. Can anyone assist me?

My PC is an Alienware

Intel 960
6gig kingston mem
