Laptop?

Hello all. I have a old laptop. It has a celeron 900 processor with 2 gb of memory. It is SLOW!!! I am looking for a newer one and I can't spend a lot of money (about 500). I surf, play facebook games, take photos and listen to music. I am confused on processors. I need something that is much faster but between I3,I5, AMD, Pentium and so on I am so lost. Help please

That question gets asked a lot. Why not head over the Laptop/Notebook section of the forums and ask there? Your ($500/£500/€500) will get you a nicely upgraded laptop.
