Just go for the Asus P8(either Z68 ou P67 - H67 is out of the way since you may want to use those unlocked multipliers)! They are black, blue and really nice looking as you want. Here's an image of the Z68 (high res!):

I'm not sure about the diff between the extreme 3 or 4. I am gonna get the extreme 3 when I order my build. I will check the differences on newegg later. You should be good with the 3, it has PCI 3 connectors and if you are gonna upgrade to ivy bridge later it is useful.

Thanks Seems like a great motherboard!

But, it seems to be disabled in Newegg...after doing some reading on other sites, there is a bug in the bios or something that prevents booting...

Indeed there was a problem with P8P67, but Asus did a revision. So you should look for P8P67 Revision 3. Ive not heard of any problems with Z68 so far.

The EVO also supports Quad-SLI. The EVO and the Deluxe are pretty much the same, the difference is on a couple of SATA/USB ports and the video outputs, which are absent from the Deluxe. I'd say get the EVO and get yourself something else with the $25.

I like the Corsair Vengeances. The heatspreaders are quite tall, but there's an Low Profile option which can be useful if you're gonna use one of those big coolers out there.

And good news... there's black and blue options!

By "high profile" you mean high-end? I really don't think its worth it if you're not an avid overclocker. Stick with air, but replacing the stock cooler is a good option anyway.

My friend, forget about water cooling. Go with air!

I like the GTX460 or 560Ti if you have the gold. To keep your black and blue theme I'd recommend the Gigabyte or EVGA ones.
