need to know if my Motherboard and RAM are compatible. They should be, and I am fairly certain they are. But I would like to make sure.

Your G.Skill Sniper low voltage runs at 1.35v so unless it's been tested on the motherboard your getting I would get the G.Skill Sniper 1.5v , it looks the same and you won't have compatability issues for sure.
