Front audio panel

Hi. I am having trouble connecting my front audio panel on my ASRock G31m-S mobo. the wires from the front audio panel have the following labels:GND; MIC-IN; MIC-BIAS; Spkout R; Spkout L; Return L; Return R. I downloaded the mobo's manual but the labels differ. Can anyone help me match these up?
