I'd think that you could replace the motherboard, but IDK if its worth it if that's as old as I think it is.

Difficult but possible! Depends a little on the specs you want to keep. Socket-A to keep the CPU, AGP to keep the graphics card? The VIA cipset to keep the drivers? I found one dealer on Amazon Germany for the M.S.I. MS-6590-050R, that could act as a direct replacement. If you can change drivers, simply search for Socket-A with an AGP slot.
