Changing out i5 430UM for i7 640UM on HP TM2T

Hello,
I'm buying a HP TM2T laptop with an i5 430UM cpu, which is a BGA1288 Socket. I was looking at replacing it with an i7 620UM or 640UM cpu, which is also the same socket, though one is classified as ultra low power and the i7 is standard power. Is this possible and is there anything I should know?

I'm sorry, I meant a i7 640 OM. the 2.8ghz version.
