If your two monitors have DVI ports, then this is the card for you:
If fits right into your budget and just right for your monitor resolution.
With the sapphire Flex, you can connect everything right out of the box:
1. Monitor 1 -> DVI
2. Monitor 2 -> DVI
3. TV -> HDMI
If you do not have DVI ports and only have VGA, then you will need a DVI-S to VGA adaptor because there is only 1 DVI-D to VGA adaptor in the box. In this case, you are better off with a cheaper non-flex 6770 & use the savings to buy a DP/miniDP to VGA adaptor.

^ That's not a performance upgrade from his GTX 260 though.

You should be looking at the FLEX 6870 or 6950

And of course you should be running all monitors at the same resolution I believe. You can set up your two current monitors as one display group to span a desktop, and your TV as another.

He is looking for 3 monitor support & at $100-$150 budget.

^Yes. All AMD ( ATI is old name ) 5XXX series & above can do 3 monitors at once. The Sapphire flex edition cards can support 3 monitors out of the box.

Yes. 6770 is in the same hierarchy as the gtx260 although the gtx260 is top end of the hierarchy while the 6770 is in the middle.,...
