Turning usb wired cell phones into a bluetooth adapter

Hello,can I turn my cell phone(Which is connected via data cable with desktop pc)as a bluetooth adapter??So i can use my desktop just same as laptops..

You can't use the phone as a bluetooth adapter, but you can buy a bluetooth adapter for the computer.
