I'm in the process of building my computer but due to my budgets I want to strip my HP Slimline and just upgrade the case (500r) , PSU (Corsair 430CX) , and cooler (H100) first and then next year when Ivy Bridge, Keplar or AMD 7000 comes out, I will upgrade my mobo, CPU, memory, etc.

I just need to know if the ITX mobo can get like a standoff or 2 to fit temporarily. Here are all the parts I will put in the case:
M2N61-AR (Acacia) Motherboard

The 500r does not support mini ITX mobo's.

Also why are you spending so much on the cooler?

How do you know?
Newegg's video review about even said it will fit. Forget the descriptions of the case, I just need the standoffs to fit cuz I already know the I/O shield will fit.
I just need some clarification before I buy it.

I am spending that much on the cooler because the 500r has a roof for it and I said I will be upgrading to an Ivy Bridge in the future so I want to be prepared.
