I have a MSI 570A-645 motherboard
A AMD phenom II x4 965 Processor
A AMD Radeon HD 6770 graphics card
And a 500gb WD 7200 RPM Hard drive
How much power will this build require? And could you recommend me a good psu?

Not the best but far from the worst.
That's the best choice based on what Fry's is offering.
I see they have a typo Antec Basiq units have a 3yr warranty not 1yr.
I have an Antec Basic 350W unit that's been running for over 4yrs.
Low end Thermaltake and Coolermaster units are not recommended generally.
