How to turn off system power 100% the normal way

Can't seem to shut down my pc 100%(not on my pc but in windows) beacuse when i turn off my pc with a Asus P7H55 mb theres still light in my steelseries shift, which anoyed me extremely when i had a gigabyte g41 mb with the same problem.

Hope someone could help me, i don't want to use power when i have turned of my pc

Does that keyboard have its own AC power supply? My G19 does and if I want to turn it off completely I have to hit a power button on the keyboard

Also forgot to say that my wd my book also dosn't shut down 100% its something with my mb/bios..... just bought a new mb and installed it yesterday

Some motherboards allow for USB 3.0 ports to provide power even when the PC is turned off, this is usually for battery charging purposes. Check for something like that in the system setup

On my gigabyte g41 mb i had an app i could install which i did, i tried deleting the charge you phone when your pc i off app, but i guess i had to flash a bios to get rid of it
