Help me with my "NZXT Phantom" Slickdeals Build

I will build this over time. I am in no rush to get this done. But I would like to complete this build by the time Diablo 3 comes out.

Budget:
$500-600
-----------------------
-120 (20AR GPU)
-50 (SSD)

Rebates:
GPU: 20AR

Have:
Case: NZXT Phantom (Got on eBay for $350 as a system, I parted the rest for $500) FREE!
GPU: XFX 6850 SLICKDEALS! http://slickdeals.net/forums/show...?t=3334082 - $100AR
Opt Drive: LG DVD Burner (Kept from eBay system)
SSD: 100GB OCZ SSD LE SLICKDEALS! $50

Need:
CPU: i5 / i7 Sandy Bridge
Mobo: ???
Ram: 8GB - Lowest I've seen is $20 so $10-20 would be good

  1. If you're going to wait, definitely wait for AMD's new line of bulldozer processors, set to arrive in a month or two. They will offer roughly comparable performance to the i5/i7 at competitive prices.

For a mobo, just look on Newegg for a one with good reviews. For bulldozer, a $100 AM3+ mobo will do. For Intel, I would recommend a $120 ASUS P8P67.

PSU: Any good-reviewed PSU on newegg. Look for 550-600w.

You probably only need 4GB RAM. However, this applies to all ram: make sure that it has timings of nine-nine-nine-(less than thirty) and is at least 1333Mhz. Otherwise it will be slow. Good 8GB RAM (1600Mhz, 9-9-9-24) goes for $65.

    Lowest I've seen 212+ was 13AR

Ram I can get for $20

    or even $10AR

How much cheaper will the AMD CPU Bulldozer be compared to Intel?
