Front USB 2.0 not working!

front USB 2.0 isnt working for storage devices, however it IS WORKING for logitech wireless keyboard and mouse
back USB 3.0 is not working completley (USB 3.0 is enabled in BIOS)

ASRock motherboard, less than a year old

You can try switching usb headers on the MB to see if another will work better. There are usually two or three headers on the bottom of the MB that you can use.
If you can't get it to work right then you can RMA the board or at least in the process of talking to tech support they may have a fix for the issue.
