Will this card work

i have got a packard bell F2312 and i play world of tanks alot but it only gives me 3-6 FPS so i bought a Nvidia card but it didnt work so i bought 4 more of the same name there didnt work so this time i bought 2 ATI RADEON X1950 pro and GT will them work and what do i need to do to make them work i know it as ATI Radeon built in but will these cards work well only need one and i have a psu 450-500 i no about that thanks

i have just got a 500 watt psu off ebay but i dont no what brand it is as i havent got it yet
