Mac to Windows Has less RAM?

Hello. I have a Macbook Pro Mid 2009 (WHICH I TOTALLY REGRET GETTING) and I didn't like the operating system, so I deleted my whole Mac OSX partition off of my hard drive and made the whole hard drive Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit. I had 8 GB of RAM installed in my Macbook Pro before converting to Windows, but after I got Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit, I have a lot less usable RAM. My computer says that it has 8.00 GB of RAM installed but also says (2.72 GB usable). How do I get more free RAM on my computer? Nothing is running and it only has 2.72 GB usable out of a total of 8 Gigabytes. I cannot run many things in the background anymore. Please help!

With windows 32bit you can't use 8gb ram you will need to upgrade to 64bit windows
