Push / Pull / or both

Was looking at purchasing a Corsair H100 cooling kit. But what I wanted to know is are there any charts / websites / opinions that can be pointed to to help one make a choice as to :

- if you are only using the 2 fans that come with the kit, is it better to be pushing air thru the radiator or pulling air thru the radiator?

and

- is it better to have the air outside the case coming in or have the air in the case going out?

you dont want to push any hot air into your case. both fans should be pushing out of the case to remove the hot air from your case and blow it out the back. it is better to push through the radiator i would think.
