Dell Inspiron 530 Graphics card help

I'm hoping someone can help me. I am an MMO gamer and I enjoy RCT3 gamer but I am using the Intel G33/31 Chipset that came with the cpu. I do play SWG with out problem but the RCT3 game just bogs down and the FPS is terrible. I have been frustrated with it to the point that I want to get a new graphics card. I have the Dell inspiron 530. I dont plan to upgrade the PSU just looking for an upgrade to the graphics card. Looking for something relatively cheap up to $150. Running Vista Home premium. 3316MB Ram, Direct x 11. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!

I am looking at this one EVGA 512-P1-N402-LR GeForce 6200 512MB 64-bit DDR2 PCI 2.1 Video Card but I dont want to spend the money if it isnt going to help the roller coaster tycoon 3 game runner better. Thoughts?
