Is there a way to repair replace damaged ram slots

Hi

I have a HP DV6 Series HP Laptop, It has two RAM slots one of them has 4GB RAM when I bought the system.

Now when i was trying to upgrade to 8 GB by inserting another 4GB RAM slot the one of the female pin got bit damaged and the slot do not work.

Please advise me if there is way to repair or replace the slot.
