Hi, a friend of mine has the same sony ericsson bluetooth phone and usb
dongle as i do but he owns a mac and can do fancy controlling of his
mac laptop using mac software such as salling clicker... is there
anything similar for PC??

For Windows, try out PuppetMaster at http://www.lim.com.au/PuppetMaster

Supports Sony Ericsson phones, but also Java phones with Bluetooth API
support [So far, I've only tested Nokia 6230]
