E350 vs E2160

Gang,

I need to build an ultra low-power, low-heat system. I have an E2160 CPU laying around that, even under heavy load, drew little power and generated next to no heat. I am thinking about buying a cheap socket 775 ITX board and re-using this CPU. I am also looking at buying an integrated E350-based board as a more modern alternative.

Use will be general desktop, surfing, office work, maybe some youtube.

cheap. its going into a mini-box 350 case to hang on the back of a monitor, in a garage, in Arizona (110 degrees in the summer). will throw a 120mm or 140mm fan on the case to blow down over the board. want a passive CPU heatsink if possible, garage is dusty.
