Do i really need the SATA connectors?

Ok i just bought a thermaltake 430w psu for my hp 6631p computer, and i only recently realized that the 2 sata connectors that come with it are on one lead so they will not reach my CD drive and my hard drive, but the connectors i have disconnect at a 4 pin connector, so my question is, can i just plug in a couple 4 pin connectors to the existing sata connectors?

ok the sata connectors that i have have a female 4pin connector at the end of each of them, what im thinking is that i can just plug male end 4 pin connectors in there rather than using the sata connector that comes with it. is that something i can do?

What do you have, Molex to Sata adapters ?
