Its a very worthwhile GPU as long as your or your friends system is capable of running it.
CPU and the Power supply would be important things to know. the card needs 2 6 pin PCIE connectors and a decent CPU would be needed to make sure it can crunch the FPS the way is meant to especially at a lower resolution.
That PSU only has a single 6 pin PCIE cable doesn't it ? I have one in a PC upstairs and im pretty sure i upgraded to the Corsair 650 with this build as i didn't fancy running a card that wants 2 PCIE cables on that PSU.
I looked into it pretty deep as i don't like spending money where it isn't needed (who does)and from memory the PSU is an overrated 420-430 Watt unit. Certainly not up to running a 5830 .

As for PSU,well that's not a very reputable brand.I recommend a decent 500+W PSU from companies such as coolermaster,corsair,antec etc.
