First post ^^

Me and Friend of mine just make a decent CPU for my gaming though he did all the job and all I do is to watch :p

Heres what I have now:

CPU: intel i7-2600
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 5570 hmm there is Gigabyte on the name but meh
Mo-bo: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=...
HDD: 1TB + 500GB Harddisk
RAM: x2 4GB memory

Im a computer noob so I know this things a little but my friend says my video card is ok but im sure there is more upper grade than mine who can maximize my i7-2600 (afaik this is a new version of i7 series thats my friend says)

Welcome! :)

Very nice build by the way! love it! That is the new version of Intel's core "i" series, yes. That is a very low end GPU. What is your PSU? I assume a good one with that build, but just making sure. What games do you play on what resolution? What is your budget? I would say get a hd6950 2gb if you are running a 1080p res or higher. It still depends on the game though.

Thanks! I just searched on google what is PSU lol.

PSU: GAIA 800w

I insisted to this one because if I ever want to overclock this dude will save me though I dont have any fans or cooler one except the basic fan for processor.

I'm playing Crossfire and Heroes of Newearth though I'd like to play some uber good graphic games like crysis 2 (I tried to install this but my computer cried for it lol)

I hear that 6000 series has eyefinity or isnt? btw that kind of video card cost a lot of money isnt? thanks for your reply

I would not trust that PSU, it sounds like a no-name brand that will explode. Also, you can't OC that CPU unless it is the K version which you didn't say you had. Those GPUs are expensive, but good ones that will suit you well. They do have eyefinity. I would grab this PSU. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... If you get that PSU and a hd6950 2gb, you should be set!

Ok, my payday is near from now, and I need some advice which card should I get.

In this past week I already post about this and can't find it anymore so I post another one to period what GPU should I get.

I live here in Japan and I don't know if they had a latest video card but as for the community can you advice me from highest to lowest priority of GPU?

Heres my CPU spec:

Intel Core i7-2600 3.40ghz
8GB RAM
1 TB Hard Disk
500 GB Hard Disk (both are Seagate Barracuda 72000rpm)
Power Supply: 800W Keian http://www.keian.co.jp/products/products_info/ktop_700_...
Windows 7 64x
Monitor's Native Resolution: 1650x1050 and kinda old model.

I'm Kinda Mainstream Gamer but due to my job, my time for gaming gets shorter when I get home I run my computer watching my favorite shows etc... then game until bed time. When my day off comes almost 24hrs on my computer.

GTX 560 ti:

http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/NVIDIA/GeForce_GTX_5...

At 1680x1050, this is a great card. If you want to make sure you're going to stay above the 60fps mark a majority of the time and you have the budget, go with a GTX 570 (performance is also shown in the above review).

I am taking playable as 30+ frames in a FPS game. So yeah, just GTV IV might need some extra RAM I have heard, but not sure. I would get the GTX 570 no matter what if I was in your situation unless you found a hd6970 for a sweet price.

If what I am hearing is right, those PCI-E cords are for your GPU. The black ones that came with your GPU are for the GPU. Lots of cords are missing metal for a reason. I would plug it in and see if it works.
